Kudzaiishe is the Partnerships Lead and Co-Director at Sustainable Citizenry Initiatives, contributing to the organisation's efforts to build meaningful partnerships and strengthen locally led approaches to sustainable development.
With leadership experience across Zimbabwe, South Africa and Botswana, Kudzaiishe brings a broad regional perspective to partnership development, collaboration and community-centred action.
Kudzaiishe has served on the USAID Youth Advisory Board and currently sits on the People Powered Board. These experiences have provided opportunities to contribute to conversations around youth participation, civic engagement, inclusive development and locally driven solutions.
A passionate climate enthusiast, Kudzaiishe believes strongly in locally led climate action, particularly within rural and other underserved communities. This commitment reflects the importance of ensuring that communities are not only participants in development, but are empowered to shape solutions that respond to their own realities and priorities.
